Caveau Wine Bar and Deli

Caveua is a restaurant, wine bar and deli location on Bree Street in the City Bowl. The restaurant is in an old building and is spread over several rooms and into the Heritage Square hotel courtyard. The menu is largely tapas with options chalked up each evening. There is also a very extensive wine list with many options by the glass.

Items that are often on the Caveau tapas menu include beef cubes and béarnaise, lamb samoosa's with tzatziki and prawn tempura. However the menu changes daily with options chalked up onto the boards inside the restaurant. There are also normally several main course options.

Caveau is located in an old building on Heritage Square which lends itself to a warm and cosy atmosphere. There are several rooms throughout the building each housing a few tables. There are also tables set up on the patio overlooking Bree Street and some tables at the wine bar in the square.
