Il Leone is a stylish Italian restaurant in Green Point with a large menu and good food. Both the food and the staff are good, and prices are pretty reasonable for the value delivered. Wine is fairly expensive however (corkage is R30).
The restaurant has a clean, contemporary style and is well decorated. Both upstairs and downstairs sections are decorated well and the restaurant has an ambiance they describe as "classic elegance". Wooden floors and open areas.

Porcini
When porcini mushrooms are in season, make sure you have something containing them. The porcini risotto is truly spectacular.
