Montague Arena near Century City in Montague Gardens is a well run arena offering a variety of indoor action sports. The games are designed to be fast-paced and as fun as possible. To a large extent everything is designed to cater for players of various abilities and the umpires provided try to make sure that everyone has fun and the games are tight.

The facilities include change rooms and a kiosk (perfect for last minute toasted sandwiches and drinks). There are several courts that cater for Action Cricket, Action Netball, Action Soccer, Action Beach Volleyball, and Action Beach Soccer.
There is also an upstairs bar where players can meet for a drink and post-game wind down. They even have a generator so that load shedding will have no impact on the action!
- Carpet burns are a common ailment during action sports - for this reason most players wear long pants despite the heat
Note: There are quicker routes in the evening traffic but this one is easy to understand
- Get onto the N1 heading away from Cape Town towards Paarl
- Take the Century City option towards the N7
- Turn left on the N7/Malmesbury off-ramp
- Immediately swing left onto Bosmansdam Drive
- Turn right at the robots into Montague Drive
- The Action Cricket Arena is 2.5 km's from the robot on your left-hand side just past 1st Street
