Makana aviation offer sightseeing helicopter flights from the V&A Waterfront over various scenic areas of Cape Town. They operate three helicopters catering to different group sizes - a 3 seater, 4 seater and 6 seater.
The longest route is a 60 flight along the Atlantic coast over the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay as well as viewing the Twelve Apostles mountains. It continues over Hout Bay, along the cliffs of Chapmans Peak over the long white beach of Noordhoek and all the way to Cape Point. From there the chopper returns over Muizenberg, Simons Town and Constantia.
The other routes offer smaller portions of the longer flight with flight times of 15 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. They are also open to creating tailored routes according to your whims.
This is an extremely expensive outing - only for those with deep pockets.
