Five on Park is a restaurant and wine bar on the vibey Park Road just off Kloof Street. It is next door to Greens and Simply Asia and across the road from Ricks. Diners can eat inside (although this can be noisy because the bar is inside) or outside on the terrace where there are heaters for cooler evenings. The outside section is a smoking section.

The Tranquility Cracks are deep fissures in the rocks on top of the Twelve Apostles mountains near the top of Slangolie Buttress (half way along the Twelve Apostles). The cracks are a labyrinth of natural rock corridors often about 5m deep and sometimes completely enclosed. The Tranquility Cracks make an excellent destination for a hike as they are interesting to explore, in a relatively quiet area and offer stunning views.

Patrons choose a starter (soup, pate, salad, etc), then help themselves to the carvery (roast beef, roasted Karoo lamb, chicken, roast potatoes, etc), and finish up with a  choice from the dessert menu (Crème brulee, chocolate mousse, malva pudding, ice cream, etc).

It seems that a lot of effort has been put into making the place seem Indian - the superb staff, the Hindi music, the decorations, and of course the food. This appears to have paid off because of the few patrons many are themselves Indian.
